- Step 1 — Direct resolution: The aggrieved party shall give written notice to the other party at legal@mittalsafetyworks.com specifying the nature of the dispute. Both parties shall attempt to resolve the matter within 30 days of receipt of notice.
- Step 2 — Mediation: If unresolved within 30 days, the parties may refer the dispute to a mutually agreed mediator under the Mediation Act, 2023 (India).
- Step 3 — Litigation: If mediation fails or is not agreed, either party may initiate legal proceedings before the courts of New Delhi, India.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
14. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
15. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
