Who We Are
Mittal Safety Works Private Ltd is a Delhi-based manufacturer of industrial safety footwear, established in 2014 at Mangolpuri Industrial Area, North-West Delhi. With over a decade of focused manufacturing experience and more than 30 years of combined industry expertise within our leadership team, we are a family-owned enterprise with a single-minded commitment: to build footwear that truly protects the workers who wear it.
Under our flagship brand Indcare, we design and manufacture a comprehensive range of PU and PVC safety footwear — 34+ variants — serving industries including construction, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, logistics, food processing, defence, and heavy engineering. Every Indcare product is built at our Mangolpuri facility with in-house quality control, and carries BIS IS:15298 certification alongside CE and ISO compliance.

Our manufacturing facility is located at A-32, Mangolpuri Industrial Area Phase II, Delhi — a well-established hub for industrial production in North India. Every pair of Indcare footwear is produced, inspected, and packed at this facility under direct supervision of our quality team.
We exercise complete oversight across the full production cycle — from material sourcing and upper cutting to sole moulding, assembly, and final inspection. This vertical integration ensures consistent quality and allows us to respond quickly to bulk orders and custom requirements.
